Matthew Trim, who already had a successful career of many years as a real estate agent founded Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group in 2017 after completing a diploma in Property Services. In just three years of time-period, he built his business to be one of the most respected boutique agencies in Adelaide, SA. 

Highly driven and focused Matthew has an established background owning and operating businesses across the service, food and beverage and retail industries. Prior to setting up his own Commercial Real Estate Agency, Matthew Trim was a Business Development Director of 131 Pizza, Melbourne, Vic from 2012 to 2017. He purchased 131 Pizza in 2012 and quickly grew to be the largest independent pizza group within Australia. Though later he sold it to a national food service business, he is still remembered for how brilliantly he led and managed continued growth and successfully maintained excellent client relationships.

From 2003 to 2014, Trim served as the Managing Director/Operations Director of Hospitality Group, which encompassed restaurants, bars and pubs across the North Adelaide and Norwood region employing approximately 70 employees. He successfully built Trim Hospitality from a start-up business to $5m within 3 years with significant and sustained increases to gross profit and EBITDA; and acquired & turned around many poor performing businesses to become award winning restaurants.

Matthew Trim started his career with Trims Retail, Adelaide in 1998 as a Retail Operations Manager and remained with the company for almost five years. One of his biggest accomplishments at Trims Retail was playing a major role in the execution of commercial management strategies that drove growth within the group beyond $15m per annum. Matthew achieved this by focusing on factors such as modernization, continual process improvements, and more.
