Matthew Trim Has Held Significant Roles in Various Organizations

A diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) holder from Real Estate Training College, South Australia, Matthew Trim is an experienced commercial real estate agent. Before founding his commercial real estate agency, Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group in 2017, he held significant roles in various organizations.

Matthew Trim got his career start back in 1998 with Trims Retail, Adelaide as a Retail Operations Manager, where he was responsible for operations management, cost maintenance, policies and procedures, sales, IT marketing, management reporting and HR across all retail stores of Trim Clothing across South Australia. From 2003 to 2014, Matthew served as the Managing Director/Operations Director of Hospitality Group, which encompassed restaurants, bars and pubs across the North Adelaide and Norwood Region employing approximately 70 employees. Here, he managed operational planning, strategy, project management, operations, finance and people management across various group assets, including:

  • Managing Business Relationships
  • Leading Customer Service, Account Management Sales and Staffing Operations

Before selling 131 Pizza to a national food service business in 2017, he had successfully built it to become the largest independent Pizza Group within Australia with more than 200 member stores nation-wide with his outstanding sales and closing skills. Additionally, he led and managed continued growth of the group, successfully maintained excellent client relationships, and negotiated key contracts with suppliers across the country. He also successfully developed various new business streams that aided organisational profitability.
